15 November- 12:00 PM until 15 minutes after the beginning of the Opening Gala,

16-21 November- 9:30 AM until 15 minutes after the beginning of the last screening,

22 November- 12:00 PM until 15 minutes after the beginning of the Closing Gala.

Important information

You can buy entry cards online via form available on Camerimage Portal (tab Buy entry cards). Payment is the last step of the purchase form. You would need to collect your entry card personally at the festival reception.

The booking system starts on the 15th of November at 8:00 am on Camerimage Portal (Reservations tab).

Through your account on Camerimage Portal, you can buy one entry card- the account will be personally assigned to you. The entry card allows you to book events during the festival.

The seats are not numbered. In case of particularly crowded screenings, the “first come, first served” rule applies.

If you know you cannot make it to the event, please cancel your attendance in the portal through My reservations > Cancel (left side of the list of booked events). Each festival participant gets to miss a booked event once without canceling in advance. If it happens again and you forget to cancel, your booking access will be temporarily blocked until 12:00 p.m. the next day. For any further missed bookings without cancellation, the same rule will apply each time. You can cancel your reservation 15 minuets before the start of an event.

With your Entry Card, you can pick up a gadget set at the Welcome Pack point (Festival Center, level -1).

If you have an entry card, participation in the Opening and Closing Gala is possible only if there are any seats left (priority goes to the guests with invitations).

The invoice for the entry card is available to download immediately after purchase in Payments tab on Camerimage Portal.
