• Where can I find the program of the Festival? – The list of all events will be published on the EnergaCAMERIMAGE website two weeks before the Festival. The program will be also available for download in PDF format.
• How can I buy an entry card? – Entry cards are sold through the CAMERIMAGE portal. To purchase the entry card, the user has to register on the portal and fill in the purchase form. Entry cards can be collected from Saturday, November 16, 12:00 PM at the Festival Centre in CKK Jordanki. During the next days of the Festival, entry cards will be ready to collect during opening hours of the Festival Reception. The schedule of the opening hours will appear before the Festival in the Entry cards tab on the Festival website. • How can I book an event if I have the entry card? – Reservations for the events for entry card holders will start on the first day of the Festival- Saturday, 16th of November, at 08:00 AM on the CAMERIMAGE portal. On each day, entry card holders will be able to book screenings and events for the current and the next day (for example, on November 21, you will be able to purchase a ticket for events on the same day and for events taking place on November 22). The opening and closing ceremonies are excluded from booking.
• What does the entry card entitles for? –The entry card allows you to enter:
-film screenings (reservation required),
-seminars (reservation required),
-meetings with the guests after film screenings,
-EnergaCAMERIMAGE Market,
-Festival exhibitions.
• Who can get a STUDENT card? – Individuals with a valid school ID, student ID or a PhD student ID are entitled to purchase a student card, regardless of university or profile of studies. Those who purchase the student card are obliged to present a valid student ID when collecting the card at the Festival Reception.
• How and when can you buy a ticket for a single screening or seminar? – Single ticket sales start on the first day of the Festival- Saturday, November 16 on the CAMERIMAGE portal. On each day of the Festival, it will be possible to purchase a ticket for the current and next day (similarly to the reservations). The opening ceremony and closing ceremony will be excluded from ticket sales and reservations. There will be no stationary ticket sales. One account on the CAMERIMAGE portal allows to purchase up to six tickets for one event (depending on the availability of free tickets). Prices and other information about ticket sales for individual events will be published on the Festival website in the Tickets tab approximate to the opening date.
• How far in advance should I arrive at a film screening, meeting or seminar? – Reservations for all events, except seminars, expire after 15 minutes from the start of the event. Unused reservations are returned to the pool to allow participating for those who did not manage to make a booking. NOTE: Due to the specificity of the room where the seminars are held, please arrive 15 minutes before the event! Seminar reservations expire at the start of the event. Unused reservations will be distributed among viewers who do not have a reservation but would like to participate in the seminar.
• If the tickets are sold out, is it possible that they will be back in stock? – At times, the participants cancel their booking and thus new tickets could be added to the pool and available for purchase. Stay informed by following the information on the official CAMERIMAGE website. To buy a ticket, registration on the CAMERIMAGE portal is required.
• How can I participate in meetings with Festival guests? – Meetings with guests usually take place in connection with specific film screenings. Participating is possible for entry cards holders, or individuals with a ticket for a particular film screening. The number of seats at the meeting is limited.
• What language version are the screenings in? – All screenings are held in Polish and English. Polish-speaking films are screened with English subtitles and vice versa. In case of pictures whose original (spoken) language is neither Polish nor English, they are subtitled in both languages.
• What does a ticket to EnergaCAMERIMAGE Market do? – With the ticket to EnergaCAMERIMAGE Market, one can enter the fair of the professional film equipment and film technology. The Market is held at the Festival Centre - CKK Jordanki. Tickets for the Market have to be purchased on the CAMERIMAGE website on the very day you plan to participate. The ticket entitles you to enter and leave the Festival Centre multiple times. NOTE: EnergaCAMERIMAGE Market ticket does not allow to participate in other events taking place at the same time - film screenings, seminars and meetings with Festival guests. Entry card holders can enter EnergaCAMERIMAGE Market for free.
• How can I take part in the audience vote? – During the Festival, we encourage you to vote for your film of choice. The condition to cast your vote is participation at the film screening. The option to vote will appear on your account automatically after the screening. The film with the highest score of votes will be awarded the Audience Award during the closing ceremony of the Festival.
• Is it possible to take part in the opening and closing ceremonies if I don’t have a ticket or an entry card? – Both opening and closing ceremony are excluded from the ticket sales as well as. These events are also excluded from the booking system. To enter the ceremony, a valid invitation is required. Entry card holders may participate in the ceremonies only if there are free seats in the CKK Jordanki Main Screening Room.
• Will the opening ceremony be broadcast online? – Information about event broadcasts will appear during the Festival on the official Festival website. The opening and closing ceremonies as well as selected seminars will be broadcast live.
