Elizabeth is preparing for a role in a new Hollywood production: in a film based on the life of Gracie, she is to play a woman whose relationship was a hot topic in the American tabloids. In order to help Elizabeth with her work on the role, Gracie and her husband take her under their roof. What they don’t know, however, is that the actress will go to any lengths to find out their deepest secrets. Over time, the line between working on a role and real life slowly fades away.
