The call for submissions for the Talent Demo 2026 will run from October 1 to October 9.

How it works

Our Talent Demo consulting program is an initiative primarily aimed at students from film and art schools, as well as independent filmmakers. We accept projects at all stages of production, from development to distribution.
Each year, we pick a group of Participants who get a unique opportunity to meet respected Professionals from the Film Industry - Cinematographers, Directors, Talent Agents, and Producers.
Participants are chosen based on the applications submitted to the Festival Organizers. Apart from the Project Description, the most important section of the application form is The Problems to Discuss. Please describe as clearly and in as much detail as possible the issues you would like to explore during the meetings. This will help us understand your needs and determine whether we can match you with an appropriate Industry Professional.
Each Participant is matched with two film industry Experts based on the needs and requirements outlined in their application. Each session with an Industry Professional lasts approximately 30 minutes, but may be extended if the Expert decides to continue the discussion. One-on-one meetings are held over coffee in the restaurant at the main Festival venue CKK Jordanki.
Industry Professionals for each year’s Talent Demo Program are selected following a thorough review of all accepted applications and announced at a later date, closer to the meetings.
Once the Experts have been confirmed, Participants’ application forms and additional materials provided by them (e.g. screeners) are shared with the Experts for review in advance.
If the participant withdraws their application or is not selected for the program, fees are non-refundable.
Previous Participants and those who have previously applied to the Talent Demo Program are welcome to apply again in subsequent years, provided they do not resubmit a project previously submitted to the Program. Resubmitted projects will not be considered.

Fill in the form at Camerimage Portal (available after logging in). Participants are selected based on the applications.

Application fee

You can complete the payment in the last step of the form. An application fee of 150 PLN applies.

The Talent Demo Showcase shines a spotlight on bold new voices in filmmaking. This non-competitive section features standout films that came to life during our Talent Demo consultations or were discussed during the meetings.

Presented as a curated block of fresh, original work, the showcase wraps up with an inspiring roundtable featuring past participants sharing their journeys, insights, and lessons learned.
