EnergaCAMERIMAGE's Diversity and Inclusion Policy
The purpose of this policy is to promote and encourage equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion for all employees, audience, guests and participants of EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Festival.
EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Festival is committed to promote diversity and gender equality in the film industry. We aim to achieve diversity and gender balance in our selection committees, juries, mentoring programs, program participants, speakers and guests.
We commit to work within the framework of the next editions of the festivals on collecting and publishing anonymised diversity and inclusion statistics, both of the screened filmmakers as well as guests and attendees – after each year’s festival in order to achieve a greater understanding of our festival environment and to aid in our strides towards achieving greater diversity and gender parity across the film and television industry in the future.
EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Festival commits to work within the framework of the next editions of the festivals on paying closer attention to the percentage of female-directed or female-photographed films selected so that this is broadly consistent with the gender split of films submitted to the official selection.
EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Festival commits to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all participants and aims to ensure all individuals are treated and treat others with dignity and respect, free from harassment and bullying. We do not tolerate any form of violence, abuse, or harassment—whether verbal, physical, sexual, or otherwise—towards visitors, guests, partners, employees, staff, volunteers, delegates, audiences or participants at any event.
We ask that our sponsors and partners adhere to and follow this policy.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to these principles.
