Dear Sir or Madam,

In connection with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), that came into force on May 25, 2018, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform that in accordance with Article 13. of GDPR:

1) TUMULT Foundation with its registered office in Toruń, Poland, at Rynek Nowomiejski 28, tel. (+ 48) 56 621 00 19, [email protected], serves as the administrator of your personal data,

2) you can contact the Data Protection Supervisor at the administrator’s office or at the following e-mail address: [email protected],

3) your personal data is processed in order to:
• protect the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. the implementation of the Administrator’s tasks related to the statutory purposes of initiating, running and supporting activities in the field of culture, art and humanities, and in particular organizing festivals and cultural events – pursuant to Article 6.1 letter f) of GDPR,
• protect the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. for analytical purposes, to optimize services/activities related to the statutory purposes of the Administrator, in particular to support and optimize the communication of festival guests/participants, exchange information, for archiving purposes, statistics and to file claims on the basis of Article 6.1 letter f) of GDPR,
• transfer the data to other entities authorized by law pursuant to Article 6.1 letter c) of GDPR,
• receive marketing offers, occasional correspondence based on Article 6.1 letter a) of GDPR

4) recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, participating in the implementation of statutory tasks of the Administrator and entities providing services to the Administrator, i.e. entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator based on the data entrusting contract signed with the Administrator, such as logistics companies, hotels, audit and consulting companies, accounting office, banks, companies providing IT and cloud services, advertising agencies, companies cooperating with the Administrator in the field of promotion, marketing (e.g. radio stations, TV, local or industry press)

5) Your personal data will be stored for the period required to perform Administrator’s tasks related to the statutory purposes consisting of initiating, running and supporting activities in the field of culture, art and humanities, for example organizing festivals, cultural events, and after its completion for purposes:
• pursuing claims in connection with your participation in activities/events organized by the Administrator,
• fulfillment of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting,
• statistical and archiving,
• in the scope of receiving marketing offers, commercial offers, occasional correspondence, from the moment of expressing your consent until the moment of withdrawal of this consent.

6) you have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of data processing and the right to object to data processing; in case of a consent to the processing of personal data in order to receive marketing offers you have the right to transfer your personal data and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of the consent expressed before the withdrawal

7) you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,

8) providing personal data was voluntary, however, refusing the application could result in the lack of possibility to participate in cultural events or festivals organized by the Administrator and the inability to receive marketing offers.
