DOC LAB POLAND is the largest Polish program for documentary filmmakers working on projects with international potential, in development or rough-cut stage; based on workshops, individual consultations and panel discussions. It leads to pitchings DOCS TO START and DOCS TO GO! at Krakow Film Festival, aimed at establishing co-production and distribution deals, followed by over 350 individual meetings with producers, funders, commissioning editors, distributors, festival programmers and sales agents.

Tutors of DOC LAB POLAND are renown Polish documentary filmmakers: Maria Zmarz-Koczanowicz, Paweł Łoziński, Wojciech Staroń, Oscar nominee Bartek Konopka, head of HBO Poland production department Iza Łopuch and international experts: head of DOK Leipzig Leena Pasanen, head of European Documentary Network Paul Pauwels, festival programmer Rada Šešić and sales agent Irena Taskowski.

DOC LAB POLAND is organized by the Władysław Ślesicki Film Foundation, in association with the Krakow Film Festival.
